Dear Bidder,

The UNDP Somalia Country Office requires services of an Individual Contractor to support summative evaluation of Phase I of the Joint Justice Programme in Somalia and, hereby invites you to submit an offer for this assignment.  This position is open to Somali Nationals only.

If you are interested in applying, please prepare and submit your Proposal in line with stipulations of this Procurement Notice.  Proposals MUST be submitted electronically via the UNDP eTendering system at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org by or before the submission deadline (date and time) displayed on the main screen of this Event in the eTendering system. Please note the UNDP eTendering system time zone is in EST/EDT (New York) time.  The system will automatically block bid submission after the deadline.

To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, the Procurement Notice includes the following documents which are attached in the eTendering system.

• Annex-1:  Detailed Terms of Reference.
• Annex 2: The General Conditions of Contract for the Services of an Individual Contractor.
• Annex 3: The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability, which you must complete and submit to UNDP together with all documents requested therein.

The documents can be accessed at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org  then, search for this Event using the following information:  Business Unit: SOM10, EVENT ID: IC-2021-04.  

If you are already registered in the UNDP eTendering system, login using your username and password. 

If you have never registered in the UNDP eTendering system, you can do so by accessing the eTendering system at https://etendering.partneragencies.org and sign in using the following guest account username and password then, follow instructions in the user guide to register.

Your new password should meet the criteria specified in the New Atlas Login Page attached hereto.

You can view and download tender documents using the guest account username and password.  However, if you wish to participate, you must register in the system to submit your proposal.
