Overview :

UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant to Produce a Policy Brief on Gender Mainstreaming in the National Climate Change Strategy (NCCS) 2021-2030

(Ref. 3-210905)

With its extensive coastline and deltaic plains, Viet Nam is considered to be among the most vulnerable countries to climate change globally. The Mekong Delta is one of the most susceptible deltas in the world to sea level rise.

The key objective of the assignment is to develop a policy brief (15 pages maximum) that highlight key policy recommendations for gender mainstreaming and women empowerement in Viet Nam’s National Strategy on Climate Change (2021-2030). The National Consultant will work closely with UNDP Programme Officer on Climate Change and DRR, the Gender Focal Point for NAP at UNDP, and UN Women and GIZ.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents/information (in English, PDF Format):

  1. Curriculum vitae with copies of required certifications;
