| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 International Consultant to Review bottlenecks and make recommendations for development of domestic capital markets. International Consultant: 15 working days The main objectives of the assignment is to identify the legal and regulatory reforms needed to stimulate the development of the domestic bond market, including the secondary market, particularly identifying the key bottlenecks and areas for improvement in: (i) transparency of firms’ financial information disclosure; (ii) current legal framework and the practical application/implementation on bankruptcy and (iii) legal framework and practical application on intermediary institutions like investment banks and insurers. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
