| Overview : Dear sir/madam, The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) would like to enter into Long-Term Agreement (LTAs) for supply of conference facilities, banquet and accommodation services in the Mindanao and BARMM Region. UNDP hereby invites all the interested hotels to submit a Request for Quotation for the above-referenced subject. This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents: Section 1: This request letter Section 2: RFQ Instructions and Data Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer A Pre-bid conference is scheduled at 10:00 AM (Manila time), 25 October 2021. Details of confirming your slot with UNDP is indicated in Section 2. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by email to bids.ph@undp.org on or before 12 November 2021; 5:00 PM, Manila Time as indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline.
