| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant for Health and Climate Change to review V&A indicators for MOH to implement the Climate Change Plan in the Health Sector (Ref: T211004) Objectives: UNDP is looking for a National Consultant to support MoH and UNDP to review V&A indicators for MOH to impement the Climate Change Plan in the Health Sector. The consultant will be supervised by the MoH’s Project Director and the UNDP Project Manager and is expected to work closely with MoH officials and other mobilised technical consultants. The consultant will more specifically be responsible to: Task 1: Review the V&A indicators to responding climate change in the health sector in other countries and VietNam Task 2: Work with consultant team under the Outcome 1 to recommend best indicators for the coming planning cycle and establish a systematic data collection system for NAP and Health in Viet Nam Task 3: Review the V&A indicators to responding climate change in the health sector in other Revise and update to complete the set of of V&A indicators to responding climate change in the health sector Procurement Notice with enclosed TOR and evaluation criteria are in the attached files.
