| Overview : UNDP is looking for 02 National Consultants to Conduct an assessment of the situation of civil status registration for children of Vietnamese women with foreigners and Vietnamese women in their marriage relations. The objective of this assignment are: - To review and assess Vietnam’s legal framework and practice of civil registration for children of Vietnamese women with foreigners and Vietnamese women in their marriage relations with foreigners who are returning in Viet Nam.
- To propose recommendations for improvement civil registration for children of Vietnamese women with foreigners and Vietnamese women in their marriage relations with foreigners who are returning in Viet Nam.
The assignment will be carried out by a team of two national consultants. The successful team is expected to be responsible to produce an assessment report of civil status registration for children of Vietnamese women with foreigners and women in their marriage relations with foreigners who are returning in Viet Nam. The 2 national consultants will work together.
