UNDP CYP RFQ 258 EID 10717 2021 CMP Project Preparation (Technical Descriptions & Safety Specifications)

Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the CMP Project Preparation, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 1,2,3 and 4. Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system .

Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFQ and submit it by the Deadline set in the eTendering system. Please click the “Accept Invitation” button in eTendering system.

This will enable you to receive notifications on amendments or updates to the RFQ. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached Solicitation document as the focal point for queries on this RFQ.

Once uploaded, Bidders that have accepted the invitation in the system will be notified via e-mail if any changes have occurred. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to view the respective changes and clarifications in the system.
