| Overview : Overview : The HDRO mandate is to produce an annual global Human Development Report (HDR), an independent analytical and policy-oriented flagship publication anchored in the human development paradigm, which is presented to and globally launched. We kindly request you to submit your proposal for provision of interactive data visualization design services for the HDR 2021/2022, as described in the attached RFP document. When preparing your proposal, please be guided by instrcutions provided in the RFP. Your offer comprising of technical proposal, including examples and financial proposal, in the electronic form of an email, should reach the following address no later than 28 November 2021, 12:00 AM (New York time). Email: hdro.procurement@undp.org to the attention of HDRO Operations. In order to facilitate the submission of both Technical and Financial proposals, the submission duly stamped and signed can be done electronically in PDF format and send to hdro.procurement@undp.org Technical and Financial Proposals should be sent in separate emails clearly stating in the subject “Technical proposal” or “Financial proposal”. An RFP format (word file) for submission is attached for your information too.
