Reference is made to the UNDP published procurement notice for the RFQ-422-21 Rehabilitation of Al Salhiyah Middle Mixed School in Al Salhiyah Village Hawija district, Kirkuk Governorate Iraq on UNDP and UNDP Procurement Notices websites respectively.

All potential interested bidders are hereby notified that:

This Addendum is issued with the purpose to amend RFQ-422-21 dated 18 November 2021 as follows.

1. Due to an update on Annex 3 BOQ price schedule to RFQ-422-21, the descriptions for item #2 was not fully visible and therefore now updated. The interested bidders are requested to use the updated version of BOQs.
2. The new updated BOQ has been uploaded to the online Atlas e-tendering system.
3. Bidders to download and consider the new BOQ and submit your offer accordingly. The old BOQ will not be accepted.

The interested bidders are kindly requested to adhere to the above guidance and submit their bids before the deadline accordingly.

This Addendum 01 forms an integral part of the RFQ-422-21.

All other Terms and Conditions in this RFQ will remain in full force and unchanged.

RFQ-422-21 Rehabilitation of Al Salhiyah Middle Mixed School in Al Salhiyah Village Hawija district, Kirkuk Governorate Iraq

SECTION 1: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of Services as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents:

Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form

Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer

Pre-Bid conference / Site Visit   Will be Conducted

Site visit is not mandatory, however the bidder or (his/her) authorized representative is highly encouraged to visit and investigate the site, to obtain all information that may be necessary for the preparation of the offer. The cost of visiting the site shall be at the bidder’s own expense. Failure to investigate the site shall not relieve the bidder from responsibility for his/her estimation of the offer price.

Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
