Your offers will be received via email at the address: sumision.gq@undp.org, no later than December 3, 2021, until 5:00 p.m. it will be located in Equatorial Guinea. It is your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is received in the mail indicated on the deadline date and time for the receipt of offers. Offers received after the closing date will be rejected. In preparing your proposal, be guided by the Instructions and Data of the SDP. Please note that quotes must be submitted using Annex 2: form for submitting service providers proposal When submitting your offer electronically, please make sure that the submitted file can be opened correctly and that it is duly signed and in pdf format.
