| Overview : [ENGLISH BELOW] Dự án “Hỗ trợ cải thiện hệ thống trợ giúp xã hội, pha II giai đoạn 2017-2020” (SAP-II) do UNDP tài trợ, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho Bộ Lao động – Thương binh và Xã hội (Bộ LĐTBXH) và các Bộ, ngành liên quan thực hiện Quyết định số 488/QĐ-TTg ngày 14 tháng 4 năm 2017 về phê duyệt Đề án đổi mới, phát triển trợ giúp xã hội trong giai đoạn 2016 – 2025 và tầm nhìn đến 2030 (Đề án). Để đánh giá tác động của đại dịch Covid-19 đến bảo đảm an sinh xã hội đối với đối tượng bảo trợ xã hội và các nhóm yếu thế khác; nghiên cứu, đề xuất, xây dựng nội dung gói hỗ trợ của Chính phủ đối với đối tượng bảo trợ xã hội và các đối tượng yếu thế khác chịu ảnh hưởng do đại dịch Covid-19.dự án SAP-II phối hợp với Cục Bảo trợ xã hội, Bộ LĐTBXH thực hiện Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật Xây dựng báo cáo đánh giá tác động của đại dịch Covid-19 đến đối tượng bảo trợ xã hội, đối tượng dễ bị tổn thương và đề xuất giải pháp phục hồi. To Assessment of COVID-19 impacts on social protection for social allowance beneficiaries and other vulnerable populations; and recommendation and development of a Government's support package to support social allowance beneficiaries and other vulnerable populations disadvantaged by the pandemic., SAP-II has been collaborating with the Department of Social Assistance (DSA), Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) to for development of a Report on COVID-19 Impacts the Labour Force, Employment and Social Security, and Solutions for Recovery.
