Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) is announcing an international competitive bidding for individuals for the position of International Chief Technical Advisor on support to renewable energy and energy efficiency financing facilitation projects.

For detailed information please refer to the attached Terms of Reference and Procurement Notice, enclosed to the tender documentation.

Place of work: Home-based with travel to Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.

The following documents in PDF format must be attached to your offer and sent to procurement.kz@undp.org with Ref.2021-162 in the subject not later than 14:00 p.m. Nur Sultan Time zone (GMT+6) on December 22, 2021:

  1. Duly accomplished Annex IV “Offeror’s Letter to UNDP confirming interest and availability for the Individual contractor” and Annex V “Breakdown of Costs Supporting the Final All-Inclusive Price” using provided UNDP template; The document should be provided separately from other required below documents;
  2. Detailed CV, where previous work experience in similar projects should be included, as well as contact details (email and phone number) of the Offeror;
  3. Methodology for performing the work;
  4. Brief essay explaining why applicant considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment;
  5. Other documents certifying the work experience, expertise, education, and skills (qualification improvement certificates\diplomas, awards, etc.)

ONLY fully submitted applications would be considered for evaluation!!!

Late applications will be disqualified automatically.
