UNDP Green Commodities Programme is seeking to engage a Communications Consultant to support in the development and implementation of several communications activities in the project, home based, and reporting to the UNDP GCP Global Communications Lead. For detailed information, please refer to Annex 1. Proposals should be submitted by email to procurement.rblac.regionalhub@undp.org no later than Friday January 28tht, 2022 at 15:00 (Republic of Panama time, UTC/GMT -5), using the following subject line: 11492-2022 Communications Consultant. Any request for clarification must be by standard electronic communication to the e-mail indicated above no later than Wednesday January 14th, at 15:00 (Republic of Panama time, UTC/GMT -5). The Procurement Office of UNDP’s Regional Hub for Latin America and the Caribbean will respond by standard electronic mail and will send copies of the response, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry, to all consultants. This process is directed only to one individual. Any proposal received jointly by more than one individual or a company will be rejected. Likewise, all proposals from consultants involved in the elaboration of the present Terms of Reference will be rejected. |
