| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Individual Consultant Procurement Notice (IC) for the above-referenced subject. UNDP RBLAC is seeking the services of a Project Coordinator to lead and execute a new democratic and effective governance initiative as part of the activities inherent to a strategic partnership between UNDP and International IDEA. The consultant will have a deep knowledge of UNDP’s work in the region system, will demonstrate experience in democratic and effective governance, and will provide strategic advice to develop a project based on RBLACs priorities and ensuring its effective implementation. The consultant will provide a concrete workplan which will include the Bureau’s priorities and objectives aligned with the project goals seeking to strengthen the Bureau’s positioning as a thought leader in democratic and effective governance related issues. The consultant will report directly to the Bureau’s Senior Advisor on Strategy and Partnerships.
