| Overview : Dear Sir / Madam, The various agencies of the United Nations located in the UN House along Somhlolo Road and the UN Isolation House invites quotations from qualified Companies to provide cleaning services. This tender aim to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a single supplier for a minimum period of one year. The LTA will be subject to extension based on good performance and upon mutual agreement for up to 3 years. The performance of the contract will be subject to evaluation by the Operations Management Team (OMT). Please be guided by the form attached hereto in preparing your Proposal.
