We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for services of the ‘’provision of a consultancy support to develop capacity assessment’’. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before April 06, 2022 at 14:00 hrs via e-Tendering. Allowable Manner of Submitting Proposals: e-Tendering only. Bids not sent in e-Tendering system will not be considered. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the RFP.
