Request for Expression of Interest

Skills Development Training for Returnee Migrant Workers

UNDP/SKILLS calls for Expression of Interest (EoI) from Public Organization/Civil Society Organizations/NGOs/Employers/Employers’ Associations and Private Technical Training Providers/Institutes/Organizations to conduct skills development training, support for skill testing of Returnee Migrant Workers (RMWs) and provide post training support in Madhesh and Lumbini Provinces. All experienced and interested service providers/organizations duly registered in the Government of Nepal and operational and have registered as their main office in the municipalities of Madhesh and Lumbini provinces and having proven work experience in providing skills development training, facilitating for certification and post training support specifically for RMWs are requested to submit their EoI applications through emails. The EoI should be submitted in the prescribed format and should be sent to UNDP Country Office, UN House Pulchowk, Lalitpur by 5 PM, Nepal Standard Time, Thursday 7 April 2022 through email as mentioned below on method of Submission. 1. The EOI should be sent as below:

• File Format: PDF or word
• File names must be maximum 60 characters long and must not contain any letter or special character other than from Latin alphabet/keyboard.
• All files must be free of viruses and not corrupted.

1. Max. File Size per transmission: 25 MB
2. Mandatory subject of email: UNDP/EOI/2022/1 - Skills Development Training for Returnee Migrant Workers -{Bidder’s Name}
3. Multiple emails must be clearly identified by indicating in the subject line “email no. X of Y”, and the final “email no. Y of Y.
4. It is recommended that the entire Quotation be consolidated into as few attachments as possible.
5. The bidder should receive an email acknowledging email receipt.

2) Based on evaluation of EOI applications, only shortlisted organizations/firms/institutes/training providers will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals through a request for proposal.
