REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

For the Implementing Partner: “The Gaza Early Recovery Programme 2021”

E - work Component

The United Nations Development Programme/Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP), invites you to submit a proposal for “The Gaza Early Recovery Programme 2021” (E-work) project’s implementing partner.

To enable you to submit the required documents, please review reequipments of as detailed in the following documents:

Annex A         Terms of Reference

Annex B         Technical Proposal

Annex C         Financial Proposal

It is required that proposals shall be submitted in Two separate sealed envelopes, one containing the technical proposal and one the financial proposal. Both Envelopes shall be sealed in one outer envelope. 

The outer sealed envelope shall be delivered to the below address no later than 15:00 hr (Jerusalem time) on 18th April 2022.

Soft copies shall be submitted to PMU to the following email by 18th April 2022 to: proc10.papp@undp.org

Late Proposals will be rejected.

Any request for clarification related to this RFP should be submitted in writing to Proc10.papp@undp.org no later than 10th April 2022.  Answers to any clarifications received will be sent in writing by email.

1. The deadline of submission of the RFP under subject has been extended to read 26 April 2022 @ (15:00hr -Jerusalem Time).
