| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant or RLA who will conduct the final evaluation of the Phase III of the ROLSHR GP (see below). The home-based Consultant will work collaboratively with the Rule of Law, Security and Human Rights team within the Crisis Bureau as well as relevant Regional Hubs and Country Offices and other units. The consultant will report to the Head and the Programme Manager of the UNDP ROLSHR GP..
