RECRUITMENT OF A CONSULTING FIRM(S) TO SUPPORT THE FIELD IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RECOVERY PROGRAMME THROUGH ASSESSMENT, MONITORING AND CONTROL IN THE NW AND SW REGIONS OF CAMEROON 

 

As part of the recovery programme, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Cameroon is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of a civil engineering firm responsible for the analysis, development of specifications, monitoring and evaluation of the construction works of the various infrastructures in the North-West regions, and South-West Cameroon.

Interested bidders are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation document available in pfd version to be downloaded from the UNDP website no later than 24 April 2022 at the address below: procurement.cameroon@undp.org by reminding the subject of the submission message ' RFP/23/REC/UNDP/2022 "

The technical proposal and the financial proposal must be SEPARATED in two files, at the time of sending, according to the instructions in the request for proposals file.  THE FINANCIAL OFFER MUST BE PROTECTED BY A PASSWORD, so that it cannot be seen before the end of the technical evaluation. At the end of the technical evaluation, the bidders who have obtained the minimum technical score required will be contacted by Email for the transmission of the password.

All inquiries will be sent by email to: procurement.cm@undp.org. However, any delay in the transmission of this information could in no way constitute a reason for postponing the submission of your proposal.

UNDP reserves the right not to proceed with this call for proposals without prejudice.
