| Overview : Dear Sir/ Madam: We are seeking the services of a company to Provide virtual meeting development and facilitation support for the Annual Meeting and hybrid (in person and virtual) meeting and facilitation support for the TPP Meeting of the ROLSHR Global Programme Phase IV. We kindly request you to submit your quotation as per terms of reference/specifications, detailed in Annex 1 & 2 of this RFQ. Lot 1 –Support and online facilitation of Rule of Law 2022 Annual Meeting (3-4 days) taking place in June 2022 (either 21-23 June with 28-30 June as the backup dates); and Lot 2 – Support and hybrid (in person and online) facilitation of the Tripartite Partnership Annual Meeting ( 2 - 3 days) taking place in October 2022 (exact date TBC).
