The Office of Audit and Investigations (OAI), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to provide external quality assessment of the internal audit function of the Office of Audit and Investigations (OAI) by:

  1. assessing OAI’s conformance with the IIA Standards and Code of Ethics; and
  2. assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of OAI activities in meeting the objectives and mission as defined in the UNDP Financial Regulations and Rules (Article 4 on Audit) and the Charter of OAI.

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment email letter to UNDP via electronic submission (email) to the following address:

      Subject title: “UNDP/OAI/RFP-2022-QA”

The acknowledge email  should be received by UNDP no later than May 23, 2022. The same email should advise whether your company intends to submit a Proposal.

Proposals must be received by UNDP no later than May 30, 2022 at 3:30 PM New York time and must be submitted via electronic submission (email) to the address below:

      Subject title: “UNDP/OAI/RFP-2022-QA”

Your Proposal must be expressed in the English language and valid for a minimum period of 120 days.

Your offer must be submitted in two (2) separate .pdf format files:

a.            Technical Proposal

b.            Financial Proposal (must be password-protected).

We will  send you an email to request the password if your proposal is deemed technically compliant. Any submission of the financial proposal that is not password-protected will be disqualified. Also any submission of the financial proposal together with the password will be disqualified.

If you have received this RFP through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires your written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to whom the invitation was forwarded.
