| Overview :
The Municipal Accountability Forum aims, among other objectives, to promote a culture of accountability by municipal managers to encourage the participation of civil society in the formulation, monitoring and evaluation of public policies, as well as encouraging the exercise of citizenship. In view of the authorization of His Excellency the President of the Republic and Holder of the Executive Power, for the realization of the Municipal Accounts Rendering Forum at the municipal level, the Terms of Reference (ToR) are prepared with view to developing the data collection tool and reporting. Therefore, interested consultants under the arrangement of organizations or companies, are quested to review the attached TOR and submit their offers by the established deadline, through: tendersangola.ao@undp.org
