UNDP Vietnam kindly invites qualified firms/institutes/organizations to submit quotations for Cisco devices for the UN in Viet Nam

(Ref. 1-220501)

  • Bidders should refer to Section 2 of the Request for Quotation for the detailed instruction
  • Deadline for quotation submission: 2 June 2022 (Hanoi time)
  • Quotation should be submitted by email to: bid.submission.vn@undp.org
  • Please send a separate email (without attachment) to procurement.vn@undp.org notifying that you already submitted quotation and the number of email(s) submitted. Notification email should be sent to above address by submission deadline or right after you submit your quotation.
  • Quotations can be quoted in US dollars (USD) or Vietnamese dongs (VND) and inclusive of VAT and other applicable indirect taxes

-       Quotations shall be all-inclusive price, including DAP charges (DAP-INCOTERM 2020) for packing, insurance, airfreight, customs clearance and delivery to: Green One United Nations House, 304 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi, Viet Nam

  • Bidders should refer to the List of documents to be submitted for proposals preparation
  • Quotation shall remain valid for 90 days from the deadline for the Submission of Quotation

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Request for Quotation with detailed technical requirements in Annex 1 as well as Quotation Submission Forms (Annex 2 & Annex 3) are in the attached files.
