| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national firm to conduct a pilot Quantitative Research on disability-inclusive governance with persons with disabilities in 2022. The objectives of the assignment: - To understand how Vietnamese PWDs perceive of their local governments’ performance and experience with local public services, especially when co-existing safely with COVID-19;
- To enhance PWDs’ participation in monitoring their local government’s decision-making processes;
- To suggest policy actions related to disability inclusion for central and local governments in response to possible next waves of the COVID-19 pandemic or a similar pandemic as well as in everyday public governance matters.
