| Overview : Dear Mr./Ms.: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project [Transboundary wastewater pollution control phase II] that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the abovementioned subject. For interested, eligible, and qualified international consultants, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for this particular assignment. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following: a) The Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment described above; b) The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP; and c) The Individual Contract and its General Terms and Conditions, which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process. The IC notice documents are available on the UNDP eTendering system (You can view and download IC notice documents there after you register in eTendering system). Final Deadline is set in the respective event (PAL10 – 0000012527) in the eTendering system. If you are interested to submit an offer, you must register in the system and subscribe to this event to be notified when amendments are made and be able to submit an offer.
