Overview :

RFQ-191022 for the Supply and Installation of Compact glass plastic sign boards in Erbil, Dohuk and Sulaymaniyah.

UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of requirements as detailed in this RFQ.

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents:

If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFQ and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in RFQ Instructions.

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form, Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer, Annex 5: Bill of Quantities, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
