| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national firm to collect basic data of 33,000 Persons with disabilities for research on disability-inclusive governance with persons with disabilities from 2023-2025. The objectives of the assignment: - To collect key data of 33,000 PwDs from 53 provinces for the PAPI survey from 2023-2025 to understand how Vietnamese PWDs perceive of their local governments’ performance and experience with local public services, especially when co-existing safely with COVID-19; the expected minimum number of PwDs in the data set will be around 600 of each province (100 PwDs of each type).
