| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national Firm to develop Community-Based Disaster Risk Assessment (CBDRA) Guidelines for coastal urban areas in Vietnam. The objective of the assignment is to: - Review existing CBDRA guiding documents and other related guidelines for urban/sub-urban areas, in particular, those developed by domestic and international organizations and agencies.
- Develop CBDRA guidelines for urban and sub-urban areas in Vietnam incorporating feedbacks and lessons learnt from piloting experience in 2 urban/sub-urban areas. The finalized CBDRA guidelines should be suitable to be adopted by these localities in DRM planning.
- Develop a Final Report focusing on the implementation process, key outputs, main challenges, and solutions to replicate the CBDRA Guidelines in other areas in Vietnam.
