RFQ-2022-008 purchase and delivery of 28 (twenty eight) sets of wind-solar stations with a capacity of 2 kW.

Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly invite you to submit your Proposal for “Purchase and delivery of 28 (twenty eight) sets of wind-solar stations with a capacity of 2 kW”. Please be guided by the forms attached hereto as Annex 2 (Form for Submission of Proposal) and Annex 3 (Form for Submission of Technical and Financial Proposal) in preparing your Proposal.

The proposal, comprising of Technical and Financial Proposals should be submitted through eTendering online system by or before the deadline of June 27, 2022, 18:00 (Nur-Sultan time) or 7:00 AM EDT indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org 

While entering Financial proposal in the e-tendering system, always mention your bid price as “1” in the line item unit price. Please do not mention the value of your Financial Proposal in the e-tendering system. It should only be mentioned in the Annex 3.

Your Proposal must be expressed in English or Russian language, and valid for a minimum period of 90 calendar days.

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
