| Overview : Subject: National IC recruitment - Institutional and Capacity Assessment of the Electoral Commission of Zambia Dear Mr./Ms.: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Zambia is currently requesting the services of an individual to perform the work described in the above mentioned subject. We are hereby inviting qualified consultants to submit an offer for this particular assignment. To assist in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following : - The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above;
