| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national firm/institution/organization for the development and delivery of dialogues, training courses on tools to prioritize adaptation projects for sectors and provinces and tagging, categorizing investments for climate change adaptation. The main objective of the service is to support MPI to develop a tool and guideline to prioritize adaptation projects for sectors and provinces and deliver technical training courses for officers at ministerial and provincial levels. The national firm will be more specifically responsible to: - Develop a handbook with tool and related guideline for users to prioritise adaptation projects for sectors and provinces;
- Develop a handbook with tool and related user guide to tag and categorize investments for climate change adaptation for prioritized sectors and provinces;
- Apply the tools to select prioritized adaptation projects and to tag and categorize CCA investments for 03 selected sectors.
- Deliver 02 policy dialogues and 06 consultation cum training courses for ministerial and provincial levels
