Dear Bidders, We kindly request you to submit your proposal for Consultancy to develop an Inclusive Social Protection system in Malaysia. UNDP is currently seeking a team of well-qualified national specialists (from here on referred as “Service Provider”) for an inclusive social protection system in reviewing and developing a National Social Protection Policy Blueprint aligned with the government’s broader development policy framework while supporting the integration of a national social protection registry and strengthening the government’s technical and institutional capacity in the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the national policy.
