Russian UNDP eTendering User Guide for Bidders
Overview :

Dear Sir/Madam, 

UNDP kindly requests your quotation for providing services of summer educational camp for children and adolescents as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. / ПРООН просит вас представить котировки на предоставление услуг для проведения летних образовательных лагерей для детей и подростков согласно Приложению 1 к настоящему Запросу.

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents: / Настоящий запрос котировок содержит следующие документы:

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation. / При подготовке вашей котировки пожалуйста, руководствуйтесь предоставленными инструкциями и имеющимися данными. Обращаем ваше внимание на то, что предложение должно быть подано с использованием Приложения 2: Форма предоставления котировок и Приложения 3: Техническое и финансовое предложение, в соответствии с методом, сроками и временем, указанным в Разделе 2. На вас возлагается ответственность за то, чтобы ваши котировки были поданы с соблюдением крайнего срока или до его наступления. Котировки, полученные по любой причине после истечения крайнего срока, не будут приниматься к рассмотрению для оценки.

Please note that this procurement process is being conducted through the online tendering system of UNDP. Bidders who wish to submit an offer must be registered in the system.
