Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Engineering Design Services for Intake Structures of two Water Treatment Plants in Mosul. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, Annex 3 and Annex 4, in preparing your Proposal. IF you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures as set in this RFP and submit it by the deadline set out in the UNDP e-Tendering website. Each document shall include the Proposer’s name and address.
