| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 03 National Consultants to work on thematic studies for the development of the national strategy to strengthen legal awareness on raising people’s legal awareness, focusing on vulnerable groups 02 Team members (Ref: T220607) Objectives To conduct thematic studies to provide in-depth inputs for developing a comprehensive strategy to strengthen legal awareness, focusing on improving legal awareness on rights and guaranteeing the exercise of the rights of vulnerable groups. Thematic studies include: - General issues of building a strategy to increase awareness for people, focusing on vulnerable groups, including but not limited to: Country context; direction; principles; general goals and specific objectives; implementation, monitoring and evaluation framework; proposing type(s) of legal document and authority to issue the strategy.
- Legal topics and communication and dissemination methods that are suitable to people in general and vulnerable groups in particular.
- Solutions and tasks need to be assigned to ministries, agencies and organizations in increasing legal awareness for people in general and vulnerable groups in particular.
