Dear Madam/Sir,
We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for provision of “Study on the effect of covid-19 pandemic on the services to the target population of women centers (active in HIV and harm reduction programs)”
Please be guided by the information provided below, in preparing your Proposal. Your Proposal must be expressed in English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.

Country: Islamic Republic of Iran
Description of the assignment: Welfare Organization (WO) is planning to conduct a study to explore the impact of COVID-19 on the above-mentioned services for women target population from different points of view. In order to improve the efficiency of the research, women centers of MOH-CDC will also be included. The findings of this research will help WO (and subsequently SIP committee as the national and multisector committee which supervises HIV programs) to employ innovative interventions to strengthen the quality of services and be prepared for potential future outbreaks and mitigate the negative consequences.
Period of assignment/services: The contract starts on August 2022 and continues till end of January 2023 during a six-month contract.
