When submitting your Proposal by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files. Max. File Size per transmission is 25MB. Subject of email “Redirecting efforts towards conservation through “Forest Friend”. Multiple emails must be clearly identified by indicating in the subject line “email no. X of Y”, and the final “email no. Y of Y. It is recommended that the entire Quotation be consolidated into as few attachments as possible. The bidder should receive an email acknowledging email receipt. Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the email address above on or before the deadline.
