| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 qualified Vietnam-based firm/institute/organization to support the implementation of e-mobility promotion including e-bike sharing experiment and metabolic study for circular economy in Thua Thien Hue Province. (Ref. 2-220702) UNDP Viet Nam and Thua Thien Hue Provincial People’s Committee signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2020 for collaboration in climate smart city development which includes cooperation areas on Green E-Transportation, Smart Low Carbon Urban Development and Innovation, and e-public services. The objectives of this assignment are to: - Area 1: Policy Experiment on Green Transport
- Area 2: E-mobility Promotion in Hue
- Area 3: Act as the primary focal point to undertake the metabolic analysis in the province of Hue, coordinate the team of local experts, and organize two workshops.
