Overview

Dear Sir/Madam,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has launched an organization-wide digital transformation that will splice digital into its DNA—harnessing its potential to do good for more people, better and faster. UNDP’s 2019-2021 Digital Strategy has created a new UNDP Digital Unit (sometimes called the Chief Digital Office or CDO), charged with leading the next wave of innovation in sustainable development.? The newly launched Digital X program is part of the organisation- wide digital transformation effort. Designed by CDO, and with generous support of the Government of Japan, Digital X aims to find, match, and scale proven and innovative digital solutions around the world to accelerate impact — where it is needed the most.? This initiative is designed to connect UNDP and Governments with proven, ready-to-scale solutions to meet urgent digital needs.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the above-referenced subject. The full application should be submitted online through the e-tendering system. Submissions through email will not be accepted. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your Expression of Interest is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. You must use your username and password to submit bids via the online eTendering system to the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org.

If you have not registered in the system before, you may register now by logging in and using the following temporary credentials: URL: https://etendering.partneragencies.org

This EOI does not entail any commitment on the part of UNDP, either financial or otherwise. UNDP reserve the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds. The vendors shall bear any and all costs related to the preparation and/or submission of the EOI. UNDP shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the process.

We look forward to receiving your expressions of interest by 8 August 2022, 17:00 New York Time.
