Dear Proposer,

The United Nations Development Programme in Somalia invites suitably qualified and experienced Firms to submit a proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for conducting media analysis, key messaging, dissemination and monitoring of media engagement on women’s political participation, women’s rights, and women’s protection in Somalia as described in the Terms of Reference of this RFP.    

If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare and submit your Proposal consistent with stipulations of this RFP.  Proposals MUST be submitted via the UNDP eTendering system at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org on or before the submission deadline (closing date and time) displayed on the main screen of this Event in the eTendering system.   Please note the UNDP eTendering system time zone is in EST/EDT (New York) time.  The system will automatically block bid submission after the deadline.

The RFP document comprises the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which are inserted as a link in Annex 1 (Description of Requirements).
