REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Procurement of Textile equipment​ to facilitate the establishment of the model University Innovation pod at Makerere University

The Digitalization Innovation and Smart Cities (DISC) Programme is implementing the Timbuktoo, from here to Africa’s future Project under the Trac 2 resources for fostering Innovation Ecosystems in Uganda's Public Universities.

This project which seeks to establish a model innovation pod at Makerere University Kampala is supported by the Regional Burau of Africa (RBA) with  technical  support  of the founder of Gearbox (an Innovation  Pod in Nairobi  Kenya), a  leading   expert  in building functional   innovation  hubs.

In relation to the above, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is extending support to Makerere University through the procurement of Textile Equipment. This Request for Quotation is extended to suitably qualified companies to supply Textile Equipment
