Overview
RfP22/02509: Social Cohesion and Reconciliation Index (SCORE) on the left bank of the Nistru river
UN in Moldova, led by the Office of the Resident Coordinator (UNRCO) in cooperation with UNDP, OHCHR, UNFPA, and UNICEF, is looking for a company or consortium of companies to carry out data collection for the SCORE Index on the left bank of the Nistru river.
The exercise is meant to understand social tensions, citizens’ views and opinions, intergroup relations, aspirations on the future of Moldova, and other key psychosocial and socioeconomic factors. A similar exercise will be carried on the right bank of the Nistru river by OTI in Moldova an USAID led programme. The two campaigns from both banks will provide the development community and donor institutions with insights on key social indicators which shall be useful when deciding on the activities and programmes to be developed on both banks of the Nistru river. The design and calibration of the SCORE survey will be led by SeeD, the collection of data by the national partner(s) to be selected through this open competition, the analysis of data by SeeD, and the interpretation and socialization of data to influence policy and programming will be led by diverse stakeholders in Moldova.

Your offer, comprising of Technical and Financial Proposals, shall be submitted in accordance with "Section 3: Bid Data Sheet" of RfP document. Please, pay attention to the submission requirements, especially to the fact that technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate files, while the financial proposal shall be password protected. The password shall not be disclosed unless required in writing by UNDP. Please, ensure that no other documents are disclosing your financial proposal apart from Forms F and G which are password protected.
DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR PRICE IN THE LINE ITEMS. YOU MUST PUT PRICE AS 1 IN THE SYSTEM AND PROVIDE THE FINANCIAL PROPOSAL AS ENCRYPTED FILE AS EXPLAINED ABOVE.

Deadline for submitting bids is indicated in e-tendering module, in case of discrepancies, the date and time indicated in e-tendering must prevail. Once the deadline expired the submission is not available, thereby Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids well in advance so as to prevent any last moment technical deficiencies or networks shortages.
