| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national IT company/consultancy firm to develop the additional features of NAP Platform (http://adaptation.dcc.gov.vn/) . The main objective of the consultancy is to develop features of the open Application Program Interface that can make the current M&E system be “application oriented” in which data can be filled in and extracted for different reporting purposes. The IT company is expected to work with experts from MONRE, MPI, MOT, MARD, and MOH, as well as a range of international and national consultants, who are also mobilized by MONRE and UNDP to get comprehensive knowledge and inputs for development of the web-based interface application. The IT company will be more specifically responsible to: - Upgrade the online interface of the current M&E system, assessment and monitoring of climate change adaptation activities; and provide training to DCC officials and LMs on the application of the upgraded system.
- Develop the interface of the website in English.
