| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 03 National Consultants to develop a responsible business code of conduct for online merchants and sellers providing services and products on e-commerce platforms in Viet Nam (Ref: T220802) Objectives UNDP Viet Nam is promoting responsible business and consumption, especially in the context that UNDP is providing technical support to the Ministry of Justice to develop the national action plan on responsible business, which is in line with the UN Guiding Principle on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and the revision of the 2010 Law on Consumer Protection is being revised. Therefore, UNDP Viet Nam focuses on awareness raising and developing the Code of conduct for sellers and merchants on the new normal.
