| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 national firm for Action Research to Enhance Citizens-Users’ Experience with E-Services and Technical Training on Digital Transformation in the Public Sector. The main objectives of the assignment are: - To enhance user experience with e-service portals at the national and provincial levels so that no one is left behind in Viet Nam’s government digital transformation efforts towards 2025;
- To improve digital transformation knowledge, evidence-based decisionmaking in the area of government digital transformation and user-first digital skills for public officials and civil servants in charge of digital government from all 63 provinces
