Amendment#1: Extended the submission deadline until 31 October 2022

Purpose: To coordinate, facilitate and deliver capacity-building trainings for Local Farmers/Market Vendors in the Agriculture Sector on Organic Farming Practices and Certification, Value Adding as well as to facilitate Grant Disbursement for Local Farmers/Market Vendors.

Eligible organizations: Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) certified to deliver and provide trainings in Organic Farming Certification and Value-Adding, with existing partnerships with relevant government ministries, international/regional organizations, local communities and farmers essential.  Experience and expertise to facilitate grant disbursement required.

 

**NOTE: eligible organizations must be local, registered with a valid business license and operational for 5 or more years.

 

Eligible countries: Samoa only.

 

Amount: Expressions of interest is minimum and maximum of $50,000USD to be spent within a three-month period.

 

Submission deadline: Please submit expressions of interest via email to tupe.crawley@undp.org  by 5:00pm Samoa time on 07 October 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted including incomplete proposals received.
