| Overview : A place-to-place survey involves price data collection activities by a pricing agent in retail outlets patronized by the UN international staff members. It is carried out at least once every four years in all field locations where staff of the UN system are stationed. ICSC has scheduled a place-to-place survey for Liberia and UNDP on behalf of ICSC is seeking a Pricing Agent Consultant to support the completion of the 2023 Place-to-Place Survey. Guided by ICSC Pricing Agent instruction, the consultant is expected to obtain prices to be provided by UNDP from all retail outlets/stores patronised by UN staff members. From prices collected, complete the pricing forms to be provided by UNDP and complete the Pricing Agent Questionnaire within the time frame specified.
