| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 national firm to develop methods to measure and calculate mangrove carbon stocks in the 28 coastal provinces of Viet Nam. The main objective is to (i) Develop methods for measuring and calculating mangrove carbon stock applied in six provinces in Viet Nam and to (ii) Verify and appraise the methods for measuring and calculating mangrove carbon stock applied in six provinces with the expectation of eventual expansion to all 28 coastal provinces. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. The Procurement Notice with enclosed TOR and evaluation criteria is in the attached files.
