EU4Dialogue Component 2 Grant Scheme

Call for Proposals - Armenia

 

UNDP is launching a call for grant proposals under the “EU4Dialogue: Support to Conflict Transformation in the South Caucasus and the Republic of Moldova (Component 2)” project financed by the European Union.

Under the grant scheme, NGOs/CSOs are invited to submit grant proposals with a focus on the border villages of Gegharkunik, Syunik, Tavush and Vayots Dzor regions in Armenia. Grants will support grassroots initiatives in the priority communities, aiming to contribute to conflict transformation by improving the living conditions of conflict-affected populations.

 

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION TIMELINES AND BUDGET

The maximum duration of the grant is 9 months. The maximum amount allocated for each grant is up to USD 25,000.

WHO CAN APPLY

Community-based organizations that are locally registered as non-commercial, non-profit organizations, and foundations; have a physical presence in the target area of the project; have sufficient administrative, financial, and technical capacity to implement a grant, and desirably, demonstrate a good track record of working with donors in the past.

PROCEDURE

Please, be guided by the Call for Proposals text attached hereto while preparing your grant proposal.

Please, send filled application materials electronically to eu4dialogue.am@undp.org. The subject line should indicate: “EU4Dialogue Armenia - Grant Proposal”.

The deadline for submission of applications for Grant Proposals is 7 of August 2023, at 18.00 (GMT+4). While preparing your grant proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the electronic address stated above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the indicated deadline or are incomplete shall not be considered for evaluation. Only one submission per organization is allowed. Once the application is complete and submitted, revised versions of proposal documents will not be accepted.

An online project introductory information meeting will be held on 29 June 2023 at 11.00 (GMT+4). To register for the meeting, please follow https://bit.ly/EU4D_Intro. Regional introductory meetings will be organized in all four marzes.

Six regional (and one in Yerevan) in-class workshops on proposal writing and design thinking will be held for applicants. To register interest in the meetings, please fill in this form until 7 July 2023. The Project Team will contact applicants with information about the sessions.
